The property was sold for $4.2 million after being on the market for four weeks. The original price guide was set at $3.9 million.

Cindy said, "We had 75 groups inspect the house; most interested parties were empty nesters. Nine contracts were issued and while four bidders registered, just three participated in the bidding."
